Bedford Golf and Tennis Club The 18-hole "Bedford" course at the Bedford Golf & Tennis Club facility in Bedford, New York features 6,360 yards of golf from the longest tees for a par of 71. The course rating is 71.4 and it has a slope rating of 134 on Blue grass. Designed by Devereaux Emmet/(R) Ken Dye, ASGCA, the Bedford golf course opened in 1891. Philip Duvon manages the course as the General Manager.
This course has been renovated since the critique on the home page was written. Ken Dye has built dramatic bunkering on many holes. Several new tee boxes. The small greens are very fast in mid-summer, although a few of the less healthy ones are a bit slower. Westchester County Golf Course:

| Description |
| This old, traditional course was redesigned by Devereaux Emmet and Alfred H. Tull. The tree-lined fairways are tight, and the small greens are slow. Water hazards come into play on five holes. The terrain is hilly, and the course is very scenic. This club has been listed by the USGA as one of the first 100 clubs established in the U.S. In addition, "GOLF Magazine" recognized it in their 1995 list of "The First 100 Clubs in America." |
